Pros

They pay well above minimum wage and the benefits are good(even though you only receive them after a year of employment).

Cons

When me and 3 other coworkers were hired we were told about pay being 9.50 from day one, benefits starting by the 3rd month, and raises every August and February. They did NOT tell us that policies had changed, so instead we started at 8.50, had to wait 3 months to get pay bumped up to 9.50, didn't get benefits until after a year, and no raises(other than after the 3 month probation period) during the 1st year. I worked at the airport hub which required waking up at 4 in the morning (excruciating!). The company decided to cut corners and bring in less planes, so hours were cut to a mere hour and 45 minutes a day!

Pros

Weekly pay, some cool people, essentially getting paid to work out, tuition reimbursement program, opportunity for supervisor advancement, they are always hiring

Cons

ear numbingly loud in certain areas, dust gets in your eyes and nose, a lot of volume, stacks of boxes all around you

Pros

Benefits are awesome (medical/pharm/dental/vision and tuition reimbursement!!) Compensation is premium, with non-merit based increases semi-annually. Small work teams. If you like good pay (8.50 to start) for mind-numbing repetitive work, this is a great place. Find out about the current "Union contract" from your co-workers to best maximize your stay here.

Cons

The Union!! Stuck in same paygrade regardless of experience, or job effectiveness, or even job task. Everything is based on seniority (how long you have been with the company). Slackers are compensated identically to hard workers, so there is no incentive/reward for doing a great job (except personal pride, which many are lacking). Job openings are filled by longest-standing employees, not by one best able to do the job.
