the benefits are endless, there's coverage from dental, medial vision and more. they are union as long as you know your worth and value, its an easy part time job. there are many practical ways to move up in the company and many 2nd years have opportunities to become other than warehouse work once seniority opens which is all the time. they have a high turn around rate over at ups.

Cons

not livable income if its your only job. IMO I use it and almost everyone at ups uses it for the benefits only and works a second job. (if your package handling that is)

I got lucky and I was placed into overgoods. I was able to balance school while working 20 hrs a week. The insurance was fantastic and helped cut down so many bills.

Unrealistic expectations while trying to force out work. Sometimes management was well, management lol
