- The pay and benefits are great - Unionized after 30 days of work - Great entry level job - Paid training

Cons

- Hard manual labor - 30 working days of being able to be fired for ANY reason - Fake return to work program after an injury that easily can lead to another injury

The work is easy, anyone with a brain can do it. But it is extremely boring and the minutes can feel like hours. The supervisors were always nice to me

Cons

My hub didn't allow any mobile phones, we couldn't listen to music to pass the time. If it is busy, you are micromanged quite a bit Hours are very inconsistent, some days 5 hours, others 3. Job is not worth the pay unless you are making the top rate
