Good pay and benefits, union, early or late shifts that you can work around.

Cons

Gossipy/toxic coworkers, false promises when first hired of how fast you can advance l. Center manager seems to be a revolving door position and no solid upper management. District manager is a lying stuffy suit that’s out of touch.
