Pros

It's a job I guess? Decent benefits, they pay for your college education in some cases.

Cons

-Low pay (at the time, now it's slightly better) -Excruciating work -No extra hours for part time position -Rampant racism. Had racist remarks thrown at me during a supervisor meeting, everyone in the room laughed, was called a "walking taco stand" (im not even mexican). -Little to no opportunity for growth as a POC. I was the best employee in my sector for nearly two years, was looked over several times for supervisor roles, the job was repeatedly handed over to newer -White- employees.
