Pros

The best thing about working at UPS was the weekly pay, early morning hours, and 9.45 hr starting wage.

Cons

Constantly overworked and always told never doing job good enough. Dangerous working environments with old machinery that was either broken or didn't work right. Bossy supervisors who care little about your overall safety and more about the rate at which you work. Probationary period is a joke they just hire you then fire you once your close to making your probationary period so benefits are not given to you and pay is not raised. Basically they believe in keeping company worker costs down at all costs they work there new hires unsafely and could careless about your safety.
