I love working at UPS because you worl under minimal supervision, union job with amazing health benefits etc. they also help you with college.

Cons

The supervisors just want their numbers and they wanna look good. You start off with crappy pay and the way they run things its so stupid and weird sometimes.

For a job that requires zero experience, it provides a great work schedule, and the benefits are definitely worth it.

Cons

Pay could be better, but the benefits make up for the low pay. Breaks are quite short for the type of work, but it is something that you get used to.
