The work is physically demanding, the hours are adequate, and the tuition reimbursement is ideal for students. I get paid to exercise and go to school!

Cons

The work can be extremely challenging in the summer and winter; very few employees enjoy their work, which shows in their performance; and many supervisors could develop their people skills to improve their interactions with subordinates and other supervisors.

Great benefits for part time employees, including health and tuition assistance, high concern for health of employees(ton of safety related training).

Cons

Physical Labor, electronic equipment is not reliable and ineffective for the demands of the position; goes by seniority, so unless you plan on staying be prepared to considered an ant compared to other arrogant co workers; some incompetent managers; pay isn't great even for part time.
