well known company, good benefits for part-time, recognition for a good job, good record on safety, opportunities to go into other areas

Cons

constantly over-exerting yourself, demanding supervisors, gets very hot during the summer and you need to drink a lot of water, expect to sweat a lot, soreness in your muscles (very little or no soreness if you lift weights a lot in terms of reps), dust gets into your nose (you'll see this when you blow your nose)

The benefits, the pay isn't bad. If your there for the school money be ready to fight for it tooth and nail, as they are not just going to hand it out.

Cons

The job itself, the management, the system design, and overall the entire process. Simply put your managers are uneducated people who simply could not hack it anywhere else in life, so some form of hand shaking or nepotism lead them into a high ranking spot at UPS. Get ready to do things the dumb way for a long time.

too much work, no lunches, some supervisors are garbage to make a living you must work 5 plus years to make the dough
