Came in with no experience and was trained fully on position. Great global company to get good business exposure. Excellent tuition reimbursement program. Benefits available. Union shop. If you like very hard work this is for you.
Cons
Promote from within. 18 year old supervisors promoted because they showed up to work. They are not interested in supervising and they realize they make less money as a supervisor then they did as a grunt.
