Pros

People are great, great opportunity to learn how to manage a range of different type of employees, good benefits.

Cons

Hours are tough, waking up before the crack of dawn and mental preparation is required before start of shift. Stressful as your constantly trying to motivate union employees to work hard. Pay is great for a PT position, but definitely isnt enough on its own.
