Hours: High 20- low 30 hours per week. Pay: Not bad overall. Benefits: Great. Insurance is amazing.

Cons

Hours: Start before sunrise, end ~10am. Pay: Took them several weeks to increase my pay, and I'm still waiting for a retroactive check. People: Many are lazy/spread rumors. Always hiring new people, so always having to train. Expectations: As the Unload Supervisor, everything comes back to being blamed on you. So mental stress is somewhat heavy. Physically: Demanding.
