Pros

Pay is decent, you can start to receive benefits after 6 months. Good exercise. The people you work with every day can be very pleasant.

Cons

They extremely overwork their employees and expect far too much. Often leading to injuries or employees taking risks in order to do what is expected. Management does very little during the morning load. No matter how good your performance you are constantly reminded that the smallest slip up can lead to your termination. You get approximately 3 and a half hours to load 4 full sized UPS trucks with packages coming in a steady unrelenting stream. Very stressful.

Pros

Check won't bounce. Ok benefits have to work a year to get them.

Cons

The better you work, the more work they give you. Management is all out about numbers. Everything you do to watched and timed to the minute. Crazy turnover rate, high amount of injuries, Production first, Safety second. Operation has to be run perfect, no room for error.

Pros

BENEFITS! Preload hours work well for stay at home moms. (Work 3am-8am then home for the family). Only part time for the best benefits you'll ever see. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if you're willing to change your schedule, join the management team, or become a full time driver.

Cons

It is extremely frustrating and physically demanding. It pretty much kills your Christmas joy (peak season makes for much harder work). Now one must work for one year before recieving benefits, and 18 months for the family to receive them as well.
