Pros

- Bonus pay was solid (corporate performance + stock allowances - Got to have ownership over some high profile and cutting edge projects - Was able to close the laptop at the end of the day and maintain worklife balance - Was able to ask for almost any relevant trainings that I wanted - Big promote from within culture

Cons

- Merit increases were not high enough - Huge lack of transparency from upper management which led to lots of last minute high urgency changes/redo of work - Forced everyone to go back into the office several days a week with little notice - Forced all non union employees to cross the picket line during union re-negotiations
