Great Benefit Package, Salary and company has a great culture.
Cons
A lot favoritism. My On road training was the poster child for double standards, was a jerk to customers. though being there for 20+ years you would think other wise. I was grilled (not harshly) about making mistakes on my board , it was my first day driving. even made more mistakes than I did.
