      UNION SUCKS

      Pros

      salary, benefits, hours, weekly pay overtime available

      Cons

      union does not fight for part time employees,, hard work does not pay off ,,it only matters how long you've worked there,, The union decides what grievances that want to bargain with to save employees jobs

      Pros

      Full bennies for part timers, on call cover drivers take full driver pay when worked, paid OT, you don't take your work home with you, minimal hiring requirements.

      Cons

      One year of probation before ANY benefits, low seniority means you don't work some weeks, 5-10 years before a part time can move up to full time, seniority trumps ability, union protects the inept, work/life balance completely tilted into the 'work' column.

      Pros

      Great co workers, great supervisors and overall great environment. The beneifits were great and never really had an issue with anyone in management.

      Cons

      Nothing really, only the money was really the only down point but I was working another job so i really could not complain.
