Pros

Work from home/on road, quarterly bonuses, make your own schedule, good team

Cons

Bonus structure changes every year, every year they take away resources for reps to do their job, increased fees for customers, they take away more power from reps every year (credits, pricing, etc.)

Pros

Handcuffs you by offering livable wage and incompetency. Have moved across various groups and things are different but the same.

Cons

Senior/management often lacks technical skills. Politics in everything you touch across all the groups (UTG, Base, Operations, Analytics, etc). Funding for anything usually takes at least 6-month to get approved. Leadership contacts out to vendors whenever they can because they can't develop talents in-house. Younger talents often leave because there is literally no room to grow. Less competent people will make the best out of their situation and stay for a long time and eventually get promoted, and the cycle continues- rinse and repeat
