Pros

Environment encourages building relationships with employees. Opportunity to learn many different aspects of the logistics chain. Despite questionable communication methods the environment offers plenty of room for networking.

Cons

Generally a reactionary environment with unrealistic expectations. The tempo and "leadership" on the floor is dictated by who can be the loudest and control the 2-way radio communications rather than active/healthy communication

Pros

Pros: - Worked during winter in Florida, which meant beautiful weather overall - Job overall is not to intensive (usually), so working at a brisk pace is not to difficult - Considering getting hired is incredibly easy and has pretty much no requirements, the compensation is very solid - Most of your job is just delivering packages, once you and your driver get into a rhythm the job goes very smoothly I would say

Cons

- Depending on where you are located, the weather can be bad, which can make delivering harder, so be prepared clothing wise - Seasonal can make it harder on drivers (they need to deal with disorganized trucks from seasonal workers at the UPS hubs) - Communication with UPS as a company and its workers is horrible to be honest and getting everything situated to start the job was a but of a nuisance -

Easiest job Ill ever have for sure. They payed for my college which is nice. Working nights sucks but the actual work is easy.

Cons

Night shift sucks. Get used to it eventually but its not for everyone. Also a lot of people there that dont have any real life goals to do better than make $25 hr part time.
