Challenging work. Good people. Somewhat stable.

Cons

Reallignment was not done well. We were told we would change to a company looking to cut true cost. Upper management hasn't changed their mindset to truely do this. They are so concerned with internal measures they can't see the forest through the trees and end up walking over dollars to save nickles. Too bad. UPS has turned into a job instead of a career.

Pay was great!!! There are some great people who work there. The company is stable, be around more than 100 years

Cons

Male Dominated, not a good working environment for women. Glass ceiling; promotions and opportunties are for those who experience, skills and knowledge is not a treat to upper management.
