Pros

Professional. Runs On Time every time or they want to know why. They care about customers packages more than any airline cares about passengers. UPS cares about details, operates safe prevents problems from happening. Provides good training and a good work environment.

Cons

Takes 5 years to get to the top of the pay scale. Even if you have 40 years of experience, but it is ok. you know the game going into it.

Weekly pay, some cool people, essentially getting paid to work out, tuition reimbursement program, opportunity for supervisor advancement, they are always hiring

Cons

ear numbingly loud in certain areas, dust gets in your eyes and nose, a lot of volume, stacks of boxes all around you
