Pros

clear processes and defined job scopes. little areas of conflicts between what needs to be done in each department

Cons

needs to improve on the employee benefits. other market players can provide better packages for their empoloyees. non competitive salary package, needs to improve on bonus given to staff, needs to work harder to stay competitive with the other companies in the same industry such as fedex or dhl. some flexibility in work processes will be appreciated UPS in US has to understand that the environment is different for other countries and hence they should spend more time to think "outside US" instead of simply proceeding to implement the same things.
