Pros

Head Supervisor of the Primary does everything to ensure a positive work experience for Upsers daily. Standing ready to deliver in great dignity for the people and for service. Making necessary adjustments to scheduled work times on the clock while Twilight shifts are still in motion. One of the first to arrive and one of the last to leave. As a salary based supervisor working as many hours as it takes to get the job done leading by example for the community and all that Ups stands for... The Core of Integrity. You will see first hand a culture fostered in collaboration. Full circle circle through the facility from the front desk to the back desk to the drivers center to small sorts keeping a close eye on the facility diligently for the safety- movement and performance for every department. When pride is on the line make no mistake he will be administering All Hands On Deck from behind the scenes climbing ladders using extending equipment for the push and flow of movement offf the slides to bring high speed for on time delivery to truck loading and services. To operating and facilitating equipment driving bulk carts whatever it takes for the better of the business. Checking bins and crevices to ensure nothing is unfinished. On a day were start up is slow he will coordinate projects to employee's to make a full days pay. Helping DMP for fall out's and overgoods. Everyone can stay and no-one is sent home...working with other supervisors utilizing the team to be most productive in a successful day for goals to be achieved. He adds unique value to his position with a target and a purpose at all times. Makes an impact into the community building up people's confidence on a daily basis. The focal point is APPRECIATION - People are thanked at ends day along with throughout the day to keep up the good work. Empowering people through validation in an equal fair and just environment. One thing you have to admire is the genuine care and well being that is consistent. He's a supervisor that exhibits business management skills to operations and executions overseeing one hundred and thirty five warehouse employee's keeping complete control to the transportation and logistics as well as complete control of staff. An influential leader with complete focus poise and humility delivered in professionalism. Another positive aspect is the respect that is the primary distribution. Upsers are placed where they'll be the most valuable asset to the organization to reach goals. If employees are late we are spoken to and given grace...We are given @ breaks paid Allowed to refill water at any time with permission and some filling in on our position. The managed performance full circle is Unity & Safety in a collaborated environment. Enforcing safe work methods of Ups Dok. with constant check in's. Inside Ups new fire system has been installed. On the clock during operations making sure it's working efficiently. Management does everything to make sure we are safe and secure at all times. It's people as such that it is an absolute honor to walk behind footsteps that put high value into all that they do. People follow because of who he is not because they have to. It's a movement by one's self but were a force when were together in triumphs and tribulations lead in a benchmark for excellence captured in a paramount cinema picture production and a salute to services. A key to success for learning and multiple opportunities to grow
