A challenge, physical exercise, not boring, and I'm out by 9:30. The people are great as well!

Cons

Taking a day off is a No No. Definitely have to shower after every shift.

It's a job with no benefits for the first year. Also, they pay for some education expenses. This should only be a temporary job.

Cons

Management is constantly trying to push the limits of what you can do and safety is only considered when push back is received.

Benefits are great and plenty of excessive to keep you on the s kinny wagon.

Cons

Safety last production first. Transfers are useless so don't plan on help from them. Union stewards let management do what they want in exchange for favors. The pay isnt very goid either. We are treated lik e common slaves. We are not recognized as human beings.
