Pros

Flexibility to work the shifts that fit your lifestyle. You get good exercise that builds strength.

Cons

Same as working in any distribution center or warehouse environment when it comes to dealing with the temperatures that are either too hot or too cold.

Pros

Amazing health insurance that you don't have to pay for. Discounts from various stores. Get a raise every year. It being really early in the morning makes it a good job if you are going to college. Dress how you want and can to some extent say what you want when you are talking with other coworkers as there are no customers around.

Cons

Really hard on your body. Need to go to the gym to stay fit or all your joints will be busted up. You work at a warehouse where when its cold outside its cold inside and when its hot outside its hotter inside. They don't give new part time supervisors enough training. There can sometimes be a large disconnect between supervisors and workers.
