Pros

Good communicaiton in your local operations. Good benefits for health. Personally, loved my local management team (building/business management and down) and my local union workers. Certain higher up heads were fine, otherwise Major management (high level and regionals and up) were not great.

Cons

Horrible higher up management, went downhill quick since CEO change, downsizing, hard pushing on metrics that damage employee relationships. It's highly unlikely to grow into a full-time position in reasonable time in management.

Good hourly pay for entry level work, strong union protection, reliable weekly schedule, opportunities to move up, and a great workout without needing a gym.

Cons

Very physically demanding every shift, inconsistent staffing can increase workload, early morning/late night hours disrupt sleep, communication from supervisors can be unclear, and peak season becomes extremely stressful.
