Pros

You could double shift after 30 days.

Cons

Getting past 30 days was hard and making it harder was the fact there was no AC in the trailers or facility. I consistently I was interrupted my supervisors when I was in a good grove too. I did something that caused me to leave that I completely was due to dydration and heat exhaustion. I had an experience with UPS in Los Angeles as a driver's assistant and that was much better than the job in Texas. If I work again at UPS, I look forward to working for UPS in Los Angeles where the temperature is better. The heat exhaustion though is definitely making me wish a measurement passed where if it is 80 degrees or higher the employees do not have to work and still receive the income for the full day. I also did not like how they sometimes would not check in to see if I needed a break.
