Excellent Medical & Dental Benefits, Excellent Pay, Excellent Pension Plan. The Teamster Union is the best thing UPS has going for the employee, but it is the employees responsibility to support the union and its efforts in protecting the workers.

Cons

Management does not have any people training on how to effectively lead. Management seem more focus on "beating" their workforce down instead of listen and providing tools to assist in their productivity.
