Union takes problems very seriously

Cons

People that work hard are overworked and get sent all over the warehouse to whatever area is the most backed up. People that do bare minimum aren’t really encouraged to work harder, they’re allowed to continue barely doing anything while those that put in effort to work hard get asked to pick up the slack of others. Instead of equal distribution of work, if you make a point to be a good worker, your effort will be taken for granted.
