The work is easy, anyone with a brain can do it. But it is extremely boring and the minutes can feel like hours. The supervisors were always nice to me

Cons

My hub didn't allow any mobile phones, we couldn't listen to music to pass the time. If it is busy, you are micromanged quite a bit Hours are very inconsistent, some days 5 hours, others 3. Job is not worth the pay unless you are making the top rate

The actual Job is sweet. Get to work outside. Meet lots of people and animals. Keeps you in shape. Experience daily interactions or situations that are unique. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

Management is literally trying to fire you every day. Unrealistic expectations. Expect you to work at the same pace you did at 21 and the second you start to slow down to a realistic pace that is sustainable for a 30 year career they start to follow you, constantly harass, and use intimidation tactics. Long hours. No work/life balance whatsoever. You are not viewed as an individual human tasked with completing your individual route and then going home. You are viewed as a variable to a daily math equation.
