Pros

They have since restructured the sales team, but when I was there I was able to develop a full sales cycle skillset. Decent training and the name is well known enough to get you into customer's doors. Good local leadership. but that will depend on location.

Cons

Company has been undergoing changes as long as I have been there. Addition of DAP programs (digital access platform rates) omits the need for sales reps in many cases and makes you feel like you are sometimes competing against UPS. Resellers are also a pain and another example of competing against yourself. Be ready to be the fall guy for your customers. Constantly increasing rates, surcharges, and other perimeters like Dimensional weight to penny pinch customers. Have to constantly stay in the news with changes and be ready to have tough conversations with customers explaining why these changes are made.
