Pros

There are opportunities to work OT

Cons

The break is 10 minutes The loading can be intense if the lights on the belt turn RED. Packages get backed up and that means you have to load the trailers faster and most of the time, you will get buried in boxes while in the trailer. Supervisors can only help at their own discretion. They can be written up or receive a grievance for helping. Loaders are union and the supervisors are not. Because of this they move workers from one door to the other. They overwork the fastest and more positive attitude workers. The job can be very stressful.
