Terrible experience throughout the last 5 years under the new CEO and her breed of management lackeys. Safety and Service COMPLETELY OUT THE WINDOW. Expect to work 50-60 hour weeks, get called in on days off, and be told you have to cover on Saturdays. You will stay out all hours after dark and be on the road with intoxicated drivers unnecessarily. We can't even service business correctly anymore due to the new DIAD and ORION routing. UPS is NOT the company of 10 years ago... or even 5. It's on par with Amazon/Fedex contractor indetured servitude. If you worship money, don't care about doing things safely or by standards, and don't have a family, friends, or life, Carol Tome's UPS is the PERFECT job for you!
