- very crappy tech stack and they can’t attract talents. Crappiest grads from njit who can’t get 150k jobs in manhattam go there to work for 60k a year
- company doesn’t even have ci/cd pipeline or blue/green deployment or canary deployment
- thier tech leads don’t even know any tech
- they don’t even have concept of proper software engineering practices or unit test cases or automated test
- they package jar and drop it on server to run. That how deployment is done in 2022 there. I wish I was joking.
- biggest joke: their cheif information and engineering officer compared their hiring practices to facebook and uber and said they are competing with likes of facebook and uber for talents and getting talents of that caliber. Like dude your devs can’t even do a leetcode easy so smh
- lots of drivers and package loaders who barely passed high school come to work there and think they are smart (dude you went to fourth tier high school abd some crappy community college) as they escaped the hell that their hubs. Go check r/ups if you dont trust me.
