Old school environment and hierarchical management

At least still get paid. Reporting manager is nice person.
Cons
- Company failed to provide a safe and healthy work environment as delivery drivers are facing day to day tough job due to poor planning and management - I have seen them had to take risk just to get parcel deliver on time even though the delay was caused by upstream planning. Emphasize "Customer First" by putting first line employees at risk is dumb. - Singapore office environment is very old school - high wall cubicle and all senior leaders sit inside their room at different level. Open communication is apparently discouraged by the design of office. Oh, only that level has a coffee machine, others can enjoy expired coffee powder in the pantry. - Want to be the best employer and logistics industry leader, but HR only promise to give benefit that meet the market average...
