Pros

I would say giving pros for the newly established org is not good.

Cons

1. They hire you and fire within a month 2. They don't have any org structure they just rely on onsite coordinators 3. Onsite coordinators are 3 who drive who play monopoly in this org. 4.Even if you work for 12-15hrs still they escalate. 5.unpredictable deadlines. 6. Worst meeting sessions very unprofessional environment. 7. These 3 employees drive agile but they don't follow strictly agile process if you ask any question which they don't know they wont answer instead they target and make you fire within no time by giving unachievable tasks. 8. Their Manager who blindly listens and accepts these 3 feedback because he completely rely on them. 9. They don't know how to utilize the resource they just escalate target and fire. 10. Joining this company thinking its a product and seeing good pay then be ready to get sued in no time.

Pros

UPS invests in its employees' growth, providing various training programs and resources to enhance skills and knowledge. Whether it’s on-the-job training or leadership development, UPS supports professional growth.

Cons

Most positions at UPS require physical presence, and remote work opportunities are minimal. This can be a downside for those looking for work-from-home flexibility.
