Pros

Good Pay Compared to service companies but huge sum goes into tax Good Office infrastructure Technology and culture depends on the team Ample opportunities to learn and grow Enough leaves. Can involve in Community events. No Friday Deployments.

Cons

As Few Indian Leads/managers are from service based companies, they force to complete work, not focus on the quality, they use off shore and on shore terms. Poor pay structure, even management don't know why they have it. No good employee benefits. No company representative for insurance, payroll. Have to take care individually and also these vendors won't reply on/most time. No Allowances, No certifications reimbursement, No cabs, No free lunch, No Free gym, No internet reimbursement, No Parental free insurance, No IntelliJ License, No joining goodies, No t-shirts,caps community events
