Easy work depends on team, but overall super boring and slow
Cons
Terrible Pay and the fact there are so many offshore people makes it terrible to work for the company where they don't know anything and mostly produce terrible garbage code
In corporate roles, I've met some of the brightest minds and friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Lots of exposure to various technologies to build diverse skillsets. Great internship/co-op program to attract new talent.
Cons
Company currently is focusing on consolidation to be more profitable, not growth. There have been a lot of layoffs, buyouts, and outsourcing within the last couple years. Career advancement is slowing down from previous levels.
Incompetent leadership at most levels,
2 weeks of vacation until you are a 5 year veteren,
Renegging on promised cultural shifts (fully remote -> 3 day hybrid),
Very little vertical movement within the company
