Pros

The pay is OK. But they need to pay at more for all of the BS that goes on within the warehouse

Cons

First of all, Horrible Management. Supervisors are full of themselves and talk to their employees like children. They’ll only have 2 employees in the truck loading & Scanning with NO HELP then have the nerve to come rush you in order to get THEIR bonuses. But here’s the crazy part, I was HIRED to be a sorter, but for the first 2 weeks, I was “trained” to load. But all of a sudden when my real shift starts, they finally start training me to be a sorter(BARELY), THEN pull me from my work area in the MIDST of my training, to go start loading a truck with rollers that don’t even work😂 on top of that it’s not a set time for our shifts to end. They just tell us we leave “When the work is done” 😂😂 This is the SORRIEST, most PATHETIC, and UNPROFESSIONAL business I’ve ever worked for!!!
