Great Customers, Alright Pay, You're lucky if you get a good franchise owner

Cons

They work you like no tomorrow for 11 dollars an hour. If you're working at a location that's dead for the most part 11 dollars an hour is good but if you're working at a busy location you deserve 15 dollars an hour. Its not a job where you just sit around and wait for a customer to walk in. You're constantly doing something.

I really enjoyed working in such a small business that was part of a very large corporation because i was able to personally see the business grow and develop.

Cons

Everything is based on the business owner. The hours and pay which means that you need to take a lot of initiative to make a great impression
