Overall the work and workload was not that bad. There were a few things that were confusing to understanding at first and I did make mistakes here and there, but the owner and other employees that I was working with were helpful and took time out of their day to assist me with the learning curve as a store associate at UPS. It's a decent part-time job that is good for college students or anyone one who needs a second job.

Cons

The only downside is the pay. That is why I recommend getting a second job if you do decide to work as a store associate at one of the UPS stores.
