      Good pay for a starting salary. Benefits gained fairly quickly after starting. Flexible hours depending on situation. Good seasonal or long-term job.

      Cons

      Physical location affects conditions, Hot out even hotter in, minimal heating. Physically demanding (but easy to get used to). Don't always get promised hours.
