Pros

Friendly people, short workdays, benefits are great if you stick around a year. Promotes from within, If you can stand the BS youll move up fast.

Cons

Very fast paced, hard physical labor, low pay, and on top of that you have to pay the union 20 bucks a month. Muscle soreness is a regular thing for me now. Not a good job for people with anxiety, I have seen two people have anxiety attacks at work and one lash out at a supervisor and quit, all in 3 months. Sometimes it can really feel like slave labor.

Pros

It is fast paced Get benefits even as half-time. Flexibility of scheduling Friendly work environment

Cons

Nothing really bad to say about this company. The only thing would be it takes a while to move up. It is based on seniority, so a person that has been there longer will get a job opportunity before you, even if you are more qualified.
