Pros

Consistent hours. Borderline impossible to get fired after seniority period (30 days) because of union. Tuition reimbursement after you hit seniority. Benefits and vacation after a year, if you can last that long. Driving/management opportunity if you can last 2+ years.

Cons

Extremely corrupt management, backbreaking work, dusty warehouse environment. Supervisors steal time to up their numbers and don't care about your well-being.

The company offers benefits, a decent pay rate for part time, full time opportunities are amazing with an awesome pay rate

Cons

Schedules are a bit odd which some include 3 in the morning shifts and 6 in the evening shifts. The 3 am shifts allow for more part time jobs
