Pros

This job is very straightforward and easy to learn. The union offers great benefits after you qualify for them. There's also opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Working in the elements can be tough for some folks. The trucks are the same temperature as outside, so its extremely cold in the winter/hot in the summer. This is a very labour intensive position so if your not in some what decent shape you may struggle. This is not a full time position. The HR department is incompetent to say the least.
