Great long term benefits, flexible work hours and days, short shifts, Can be career if you can stick around long enough, always hiring,amazing work out.

Cons

not worth the pay. the hourly pay is ok but you only get about 20 hours per week, you work you butt off so its hard to work another job. i worked this as a second job and was constantly exhausted.
