Good workout, decent pay, good people to be around for the most part. Regular supervisors were some good people.

Cons

Can be brutal on your body if you don't take care of it. Top management can be pretty egotistical while standing around making dumb decisions that prevent the job from being done, then get mad when things aren't done.
