Pros

Management was nice enough, no major issues there - we were mostly left to get on with it. Received occasional trinkets and food. Atmosphere was relaxed.

Cons

Basically no hazard protection, and training & safety equipment is basically nonexistent. I only found out there were a couple pairs of gloves available because a new employee FOUND them, to the surprise of pretty much everyone. Very large wounds were ignored. Appointed first aiders were clueless when approached. They want you having zero contact with HR. They want everything to go through your line manager. So if something happens, you need to make a FUSS or it'll get swept under the rug. From what I saw, deliberate damage to parcels is ignored. I wouldn't send anything fragile. Equipment, both electronic and otherwise, is incredibly shoddy - slows you down massively. They started charging for coffee.
