Pros

Above average pay for no experience Part time get full time health benefits after like 3 months. Dress how you want. Work is pretty much on your own. There is no micro managing .

Cons

Extremely physical. Many times you’re working beyond your physical limit. Very light management support. Low hours during non peak season. If You’re new and your hub is small most likely You’ll be furloughed due to lack of work because everything is based on seniority.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for OT in the peak season. Easy hiring process.

Cons

They work you very hard and the managers can be pushy even after watching you bust butt for hours. Super old and low tech building. No safety precautions at all. No communication about when they're letting people go for the season.
