Pay is good, respect, job training, benefits and perks are great.

Cons

Can be highly competitive especially with draw down of military manning in time of 2 wars. Not enough money or resources and expected to preform at same level. Not always possible. Leadership must understand this.

Cons

Most of the upper supervision has never worked out of the military. They are promoted not through creativity or intelligence, but just by how many years they've been there.
