Pros

- The army has a great Benefits package which includes BAH, BAS, Medical, Dental, etc.. - paid vacation, 4 day weekends - paid training and opportunities to help you when you transition to the civilian world. - promotion opportunities for those who strive for excellence.

Cons

-long hours, sometimes you don't even come home (field training, NTC, JRTC, deployment, etc..) - austere working environments if you deploy or go into training. - Your experience depends on the leadership you are assigned.
